well kept inviting grounds inadequate signage main reception
the grounds were well kept and inviting..
The signage for check-in was inadequate. I found the main reception at the hub only after considerable wandering. this hub seemed more like a leisure center, and its connection to the hotel was unclear. better communication and signage are necessary for a smoother arrival experience.

Solid Stay with Excellent Amenities
large room ground floor clean bathroom games room
Our ground floor state room had a sliding door. The door opened onto a small outdoor seating area. The bathroom was huge and everything was clean. I found the games room in the hub a nice feature. I also appreciated the 241 cocktails between 4-5pm.
The hotel building does not have an obvious staff contact point.
Dining
8/10
Breakfast was good. They offered any combination of foods. Dinner was tasty. The restaurant was relaxed. I also recommend the Sunday lunch, but the drinks service was slow at times.
Service
9/10
The lady at reception on Friday night was friendly. The team was all friendly from reception to the bar. I did find that cleaners and ground staff were also friendly, nothing was too much for them.
Facilities
9/10
The whole place was immaculate. The grounds were kept beautifully. The resort was geared up to dogs. There were many activities for kids, but the outdoor pool is only open 10-4 which is disappointing given the nice weather.
Rooms
10/10
The room was nice and modern. It had plenty of essentials. The bed was the comfiest. It had spacious rooms. I loved the aesthetically pleasing lodge, but my stay was still really good.

cashless system spa availability
The spa treatments were a joke. This was a major reason I chose this place. Finding out about the cashless system only upon arrival really annoyed me. No one told me this beforehand. I had to cancel dining and activities due to this.
